Good Spirit was founded on a love of whole foods and being a part of the local food community in 2017. What began as a home brewing passion for Kale Baiton, quickly turned into a growing business. By 2020, Good Spirit Kombucha expanded their ownership team to bring on partners that would be essential for future growth and strategy. We are proud to be a woman-led business, as Taylor and Colleen have become the operating partners. Our mission is to provide residents of the prairies with a fizzy, functional alternative.
Our passion for brewing ‘booch was built on a love for health and whole foods. Our refreshing kombucha is fruity, fizzy, and lightly tangy making it a delicious alternative to soda and alcohol. We believe in balance, so we wanted to brew a kombucha that keeps the tangy to sweet ratio juuust right. We are brewed with purpose in the prairies and you can find Good Spirit Kombucha throughout the province of Saskatchewan.
