If you enjoy all the top end cuts of beef like steaks and roasts, along with ground meat and stew meat, then this is the way for you to have the freezer stocked year round and save a few bucks on the premium cuts. Not to mention our payment plan makes your life much more flexible by letting you pay for your beef before hand in smaller payments!

A quarter of beef will feed a family for almost 6 months and will take up an apartment sized deep freeze.

We charge $7.99/lb which includes cutting, wrapping, and delivery to central locations in Saskatchewan like Regina, Moose Jaw, Saskatoon, Yorkton, Swift Current, Prince Albert, and Estevan or Weyburn. 

We require a $249 non refundable deposit to hold your half. There will then be 5 automatic payments, every month, of $150.  The remainder will be due before delivery. Approx $1440 total.

Your beef will be ready for delivery between Sept and Dec and we will be in touch to let you know when delivery will be.

Making of burgers, sausage, smokies, etc. are at extra cost to buyer. Price dependant on butcher's pricing.

Avg hanging weight is 180lbs. You pay on hanging weight of half of a half, we do not offer front or hind quarters. When we cut and wrap your meat as per your specifications, about 30% of the hanging weight is lost to bones, trim and waste i.e. your net meat weight is approximately 70% of hanging weight, depending on the animal.

*Once you have placed your order we will put you in contact with our butcher to determine the cuts and pack sizes that suit your cooking preferences.
